For this Mondays 'Dress Of The Week' we chose this lovely late 1950s / early 1960s A - Line Dress. The pattern is just wonderful and its simplicity means you can wear it with pretty much anything, even a tea pot hat!
We are planning another trip back to France this week so we will be leaving a post featuring some snapshots from our last trip. Also it is my birthday tomorrow so no doubt there will be a story or two to tell you...
Bonne nuit mes amis & we hope you like the dress!

I absolutely LOVE everything about this dress. The colour, the style, the length! I struggle with vintage dresses for the length.. but this looks perfect!
ReplyDeleteYou look gorgeous in it too.x
Aw thank you so much :) I know exactly what you mean, most vintage dresses are too long for me and make me look shorter than I already am! X
ReplyDeleteI love this! You look fabulous too.
ReplyDeleteQuestions: THese amazing vintage posters - where?!?!?! I've been looking for something just like this for a space on my wall. Would love to know any hints!
Thanks

Thank you very much!!!
ReplyDeleteThe posters were a moving in present from my dad who loves anything circus-related, he has had them for a long time, I'm pretty sure he got them from a circus collector. I'm sure you could find something similar on Ebay, just search look 'vintage circus posters' or 'affiches de cirque' for french ones :)
Have a lovely day,
